i made this to make the monster look cool,

this shader dynamically samples a texture based on time and vertex positions, creating a rotating, animated effect. it modifies the texture's color intensity by cubing it for more saturation, then adjusts the surface color using the normal for a stylized shading. finally, the diffuse light is quantized to create a blocky lighting effect.
